ADMISSION:
- The application form for admission is attached to the prospectus.
- The date of admission test will be notified by the school well in advance.
- All admissions are provisional till the students submit the necessary documents such as previous examination results, TC/Migration certificate, etc. (if & where applicable). They must produce the relevant documents at the time of admission.
- Once admission taken no refund of the fees paid for the same is permissible.
Documents for Admission
- Birth certificate in original issued by Municipality / Corporation / Local bodies as applicable by Registrar under the Registration of Births & Deaths Act, 1969 with an attested photocopy.
- Two copies of stamp sized photograph.
- Transfer Certificate issued by a recognized school countersigned by the DE0 /Inspector for school in case of transfer from another State for admission to Class V & above.
Admission Test & Interview
- The selection of students for admission to class K.G. and above will be made on the basis of a written Test in i) English Language ii) Mathematics iii) Knowledge of General Science. The Medium of writing of answer papers will be in English.
- Those who qualify in the admission test will be called for an interview. Parents (both mother & father/guardian) must accompany the students seeking admission to the school.
- No written test is there for admission to Nursery; only interview of the student with their parents / guardians.
SUPW:
Education certainly remains incomplete unless the student has attained values such as dignity of labour, love for fellow human beings and urges to help the needy without hesitation. All these are inculcated among the students through Socially Useful & Productive Work Classes (SUPW)
SCHOOL FEES:
The school fees cover twelve calendar months and to be paid either in monthly installments or in advance. Fees of September and October must be paid in September and fees of February and March must be paid in February.
- The fee book must be duly filled up in block letters before submission of school fees.
- No reduction is made for holidays.
- Students are charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- The fees, if paid monthly, must be paid on or before the due date. Due dates are clearly given in school calendar, failing which, a late fee will be levied.
- Names will be struck off from the school register if the fees are not deposited with the late fine by the end of the third month.
- Fees for the holiday months must be paid in advance before the school closes. All dues must be paid before the school year ends.
- Fees should be paid in cash only.
- The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is considered necessary.
School Uniform
Every students must wear a clean , complete uniform daily. Uniform is compulsory for all school activities both curricular and co-curricular. Defaulters may be prohibited to attend classes and sent home.

IMPORTANT :
School monogram is a must for the school uniform (Shirt, pants, skirts, belt , blazer sweater and bags ).
It is compulsory for the girl students to wear bloomers till class IV and the boy students from PG to VII to wear undergarments .
Winter uniform must be worm according to the date prescribed by the school .
All students must wear their identity cards throughout the year .
FOOD
A) parents are requested to give their children the kind of tiffin that he/she would be able to eat without messing and wasted .
B ) Students are strictly forbidden to buy eatables for street vendors.
C) Parents are not allowed to send any food to the school for the class in which their child is studying on the occasion at his/her birthday .
SCHOOL HOURS:
Playgroup: 8:15 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
U.N to K.G: 8:15 A.M. – 12 Noon
Classes I to II : 8:15A.M. – 1:20 P.M.
Classes III onwards: 8:15 A.M – 2:15 P.M.
The school hours shall be from 8:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. on all days except Wednesdays and Sundays. Unscheduled holiday will be made up on the following Wednesday according to the class time table of the missed day. Students must be on the school premises at least five minutes before the second bell rings (8:25 A.M).
There are three vacations during the academic year:
- a) Summer vacation:May- June
- b) Spring (Puja) vacation:September- October
- c) Winter Vacation:December
Refer to the School Calendar for Vacations. These holidays may not be extended or anticipated. Attendance on closing and reopening day is compulsory. Unauthorized leaves on the last days before vacation and delays in returning to school, will invite a penalty as decided by the principal.
In view of the required number of working days as prescribed by the council unscheduled holidays will be made up with classes on Saturdays as and when required.
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE:
- The school expects its students to have 100% attendance unless prevented by illness or due to unavoidable/unforeseen circumstances.
- Leave of absence to a student will be granted only (i) on illness or sad demise of a near and dear ones and (ii) for attending the marriage ceremony of brother and sister. No request should be made for extension of leave.
- Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence, habitual late coming, disobedience, indiscipline, objectionable behavior of any kind or in any form may result in removal of a student from the rolls of the school.
MEDICAL ATTENTION:
In case a child falls sick/meets with any accident in the school premises he can be helped with immediate first aid only. The parents will be informed and are expected to come and attend immediately. It is important to update the correct contact numbers and address in case of any change.
